Core Team Interest Form

Planting a church is an incredible journey that requires faith, commitment and a heart for people. As a core team member, you are not just volunteering, you are helping to lay the foundation for a church that will transform lives and impact the community for generations.

What We Ask of Our Core Team Members

1. Commitment: This is not a casual role but a calling to serve with consistency and dedication.
2. Heart for People and Community: We want to be a church that truly loves and serves our city.
3. Commitment to Biblical Justice: We are called to reflect the heart of God by standing for justice, loving mercy, and walking humbly (Micah 6:8). This means serving with compassion, advocating for the oppressed, and creating a church where all people can experience the love of Christ.
4. Willingness to Be a Disciple of Jesus: Before we lead others, we must be committed to growing in Christ ourselves.
5. Openness to Learning and Serving: Whether leading, setting up chairs, or praying with someone, every role matters.
6.Faith and Prayer: This is God's church, and we must rely on Him to build it. Prayer will be central to everything we do.
7. Team Mentality: We are stronger together. Unity, humility, and encouragement will define how we serve.
